Pickup days are assigned based on your Adams County address. All carts must be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on your service day. Recycling service is provided every other week (bi-weekly). Contact our team to confirm your specific pickup day.

We provide 96-gallon trash and recycling carts, large enough for most households. Extra bags beyond the cart are considered overflow; after the second bag, an additional $2 fee per bag applies.

Most standard household waste can be placed in your trash cart. Excluded items include: dirt, rocks, hazardous waste, batteries, engine coolant, motor oil, and electronics. If you’re unsure, please reach out before placing items in your bin.

We cannot take hazardous waste or electronics in regular curbside collection. However, we do offerspecial pickups for paint, chemicals, batteries, and electronics.

If your scheduled pickup falls on a holiday, service will be delayed by one day. For example, if your regular pickup is Monday, collection will occur Tuesday during that holiday week.

Customers will receive a paper invoice mailed 30 days before the quarterly due date. If you provide an email address, we can also send invoices electronically. Online bill payment will be available through our customer portal soon.
