If your scheduled pickup falls on a holiday, service will be delayed by one day. For example, if your regular pickup is Monday, collection will occur Tuesday during that holiday week.

Customers will receive a paper invoice mailed 30 days before the quarterly due date. If you provide an email address, we can also send invoices electronically. Online bill payment will be available through our customer portal soon.
